Any time, from "Manage subscription" at the bottom of the members page. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
Muskegon Surf Cam and WindStoke are both ours (Michigan Dawn Patrol LLC). Stripe shows the company name, not the site name.
It happens: storms, power, the lake. We fix it as fast as we can. If it's out for a long stretch, email us from the members page and we'll make it right.
The camera sleeps from about 11:30 PM to 4:30 AM Eastern. Replay still works, so you can scroll back to the sunset.
